About Us

After ten years under the tutorage of his uncle Wayne Smith, Dennis T Smith, II purchased Smith Tax Service from Uncle Wayne and started his journey as owner of Smith Financial Service in 1999.  Over the past twenty years, Smith Financial Service has continued to service their clientele with the same values instilled by its founder. Smith Financial Service provides intimate, personalized service not found with the large franchises and without the high prices of a CPA firm.  Thirty years ago Wayne used the line “efficient and affordable” to describe this service. This continues to be the mantra of Smith Financial Service today.

Owner
Dennis Smith is the owner of Smith Financial Service located in downtown Rahway, New Jersey. His business has been a staple in the community for over 30 years, taking the business over from his mentor and uncle Wayne Smith. Just as his business is a family business, his clients also continue to keep his services within their family. They say a referral is the best compliment.
Dennis has a degree in Accounting from Union County College and has worked in several industries as a accountant and bookkeeper.
